Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tested the download on several computers and my iPad and it worked on them all. I’m not sure why you were getting the errors but I went into the file and tweaked some of the permissions so hopefully it won’t be an issue anymore. Thanks for letting me know.
