Hi gang. I have been spending the past few days in beautiful Santa Fe, NM. Although I didn’t come here to shoot, I have had some time to grab the camera and take in some of the local sites. I could spend weeks shooting out here and not even scratch the surface of what this place has to offer and unfortunately my time here is going to be pretty short. One of the places I have been able to cover is the amazing Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument. The weather was cooperative and the hike to the top of the Canyon Trail was pretty amazing, if not a little tiring. Kasha-Katuwe means “white cliffs” and the geological formations in this park are pretty amazing. If you ever get the chance to spend some time in the Santa Fe area, I highly recommend a trip to this amazing place. Here’s a few shots from my little excursion. The two panoramas were complied from 5 shots, processed in Lightroom, and then compiled using the incredible Photomerge feature in Photoshop CS4.
