Sometimes you take a chance it it really pays off. I had originally scheduled my Harpers Ferry photowalk for last weekend but the weather was not on our side so I went with my back-up plan of holding the walk this weekend. I don’t think I could have picked a better day for a photowalk. The weather was beautiful with slightly cool temps, the leaves were still full of color, and there were a few light clouds to keep the heavy shadows away. The only difficulty of the day was finding a place to park since there were so many people out enjoying the afternoon. There were quite a few familiar faces that showed up as well as some new ones that were experiencing their first photowalk.
I spent the day shooting with the Canon 50D as well as a little bit with the Nikon D90. I took a little side-by-side comparison stuff between the two cameras which I will comment on later in the week. Until then, I invite you to head on over to our Flickr Group and see some of the great shots from the afternoon. Thanks again to everyone that came out and made it another great PhotoWalkPro event. You guys are the best!

Jeff, it was another spectacular success. Although getting to the parking lot was a challenge, my 3 cars got to experience the goat trail along the river. All our newbies had a great time. Where are we going next? Just say the word.
