While I may not want Mr. McCain to prevail in this election, I have to agree that what Ms. Greenberg did was juvenille and lacked professionalism, and she hopefully will suffer the economic repercussions of this laps in judgement.

Unfortunately this kind of sophomoric behavior is all too prevalent in the creative community and gives rise to the impression that there is a liberal agenda in the media. The news profession should attempt unbias reporting providing just the facts to allow people to make up their own mind. It is unfortunate that the majority of our citizens are so swayed by punditry that their only ideas come from the mouths of the O'Reilly's, Limbaugh's and Dowd's of the world.

I stopped my 25 year subscription to National Geographic because while I may be sympathetic to their ideas, I was tired of the tone of agenda based reporting that they had taken on and missed the "just the facts" reporting that they provided in the past. Give me cold hard facts and please let me make up my own mind, thank you very much.

I am sick to death of any facet of the media using their cameras, microphones and all of their other tools to sway public opinion to their liberal message. Regardless of what political affiliation you are this is a black mark on our profession. Doesnt John McCain have "Defamation of character" lawsuit on his hands?

Yes, agree with you there about the John McCain pictures, Ms Greenberg might take great pictures but she stepped over the line with those pics. Just brings the industry into a tardy, mud slinging mess -no doubt we will get something similar with Obama now.
