That really does sound like an oxymoron since we are supposed to be remembering those that gave their lives for their country. So hopefully amongst the beers and barbecues and beaches and swimming pools, you will take time out from your happy holiday to pause and give remembrance to those that made it possible for you to have your fun.
As for me, I was going to post all of the final details for the Georgetown Photowalk this coming Sunday but I can tell from a quick glance at the numbers that everyone is off doing something besides cruising the Internet. I feel so lonely. Anyway, I will post all of the details in this Tuesday’s post along with the Flickr site. So make sure that you check back tomorrow if you are awaiting all the info.
So instead of Photowalk updates, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone that responded back to my request for guidance on where to shoot in the Boston area. I appreciate all of the input. I am happy to say that I have since returned home and have been busy playing with my images. I had a great time in Boston and I am so glad that the weather cooperated for the most part and allowed me to get out and see some of that great city. So here is a small sampling of my week in Bean Town (Go Celtics!). If you click on the player window it will take you to a standard slideshow of the images.
