Jet Lag Wednesday

As I sit here writing this post at 9:20 in the evening, I’m trying to convince my body that it isn’t 5:20 in the morning.  This is the worst part of traveling overseas and I have forced myself to stay up so that I can get back on schedule as quickly as possible.  That being said, I am just going to post a couple of images and hit the sack.  I will have a more lengthy post tomorrow and answer some of the questions that I have received about equipment and what I carried with me.  Until then, I’m hanging up the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and hitting the sack.  Have a great Wednesday.

Apparently if you wear sunglasses when trying to recover from jetlag, you reduce the time by a fair bit… not sure how true it is… ive never tried…

Thanks for the tip Sascha. I usually find that if I can stay up to a normal bedtime then I get adjusted pretty quickly. It still takes a day or so to really get on track though.

Great upwards image inside the Emirates Tower Hotel. It took me a few seconds to figure it out!
