If you have been following the release of the new Photoshop Express online image storage, editing, and sharing application from Adobe, then you are probably aware that there has been a little bit of an uproar concerning the Terms of Use that were associated with using the program (click here to see my related post). Well it seems that all that fussing made its way back to Adobe who, in turn, has update the TOU. According to Adobe’s own, John Nack, the revised TOU goes much further in both simplifying and explaining all of the rights of use for shared content. After all, you have to give them some rights or they can’t do anything with your pictures, that includes making shared galleries or even editing. The new TOU can be read right here and does not go into effect until April 10th in order to give everyone time to read and agree to the new terms. I applaud Adobe and their lawyers for tackling this issue so quickly and for making a Terms of Use agreement that doesn’t require a lawyer to read.
