Last Friday I wrote about seeing Vincent Versace in multiple media outlets in the past week. So this evening I was skimming through the magazine stand and grabbed a copy of PRO Digital Imaging magazine and what do I see on the cover of the January o8 edition? Why there he is again. PDI has a nice feature article on Vinny where he talks about his photographic philosophies, his background in the arts, and what he has cooking up for the future. It is a really nice read that will give you a nice insight into the mind of a great photographer. He also alludes to something really great in the world of black and white that will be showing up in about 18 months from now. Being an Epson Pro, I would hazard a guess that Epson might have something really big coming soon, but that’s just my guess.
Also in this issue is a nice article by Ron Eggers entitled Shooting Ancient Architecture. Eggers discusses shooting ancient ruins and displays images from a recent photo shoot in the Angkor Temples of Cambodia. This was a nice read for me having visited the Angkor ruins two years ago. Here’s a shot from my excursion.
If you would like to see more of my Cambodia images, check out my newly re-organized gallery page here.

Hey Jeff, I remember seeing this exact shot about two years in the magazine Digital Photo Pro. Do you know who shot it? It’s not from Vinny is it? Also, love the close-up water drop.
