A few months ago when I was driving around the Arizona desert with Scott Kelby, he told me about a new book he was working on. He was really excited about this particular book because it was a pretty revolutionary way of working with images in Photoshop. To summarize, he said he was able to break down the steps of finishing an image to seven steps. He said he was calling it is seven point system and that it was everything you would need to know to turn an ordinary image into the extraordinary. This is such a new and undocumented concept that he has actually applied for a patent for his seven point system with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. So today while dumping out my junk emails I noticed that Amazon had sent me a pre-order announcement for none other than Scott Kelby’s 7-Point for Adobe Photoshop CS3. So according to Amazon, Christmas comes in October this year. October 19th to be exact because that’s the scheduled release date for this new ground breaking book.
